General Manager – Southwest England – up to £55k – Catering and Cleaning
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Soft FM provider to oversee a multi site contract in Southwest England with a focus on Catering and Cleaning.
About the role:
It will be the General Manager's responsibility to oversee day to day operations including catering & cleaning across the main site and two satellite sites. The General Manager will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients expectations through innovative and exciting ideas.
Team management and development will play a huge part in this role. Whilst there is an established team in place of circa 25, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.
Ideal General Manager:
- Management experience within soft FM with a focus on cleaning and catering.
- Track record of exceeding client expectations.
- Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
- Experience in team and people development.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
