Our client is a successful & supportive MAT - looking to appoint a People Services Manager. You will work closely with the Head of People Services and the People Services Team and hold overall responsibility for the People Services Function within the designated area. To be responsible for advising, coaching, and influencing Headteachers/Heads of Service and leaders across the Trust to ensure consistent application of the Trust’s policies and people management practices.

We are looking for someone Experienced in HR service delivery within Schools or MATs

And with the following attributes:

• CIPD Level -5 or equivalent experience or willing to work towards the qualification

• Able to lead and work constructively as a part of a team to deliver excellent service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Uphold an up-to-date awareness of current employment law and HR best practice.

• Experience of coaching and supporting managers across the full HR discipline.
