Employee Relations HR Partner

Our client are seeking an experienced and CIPD-qualified Employee Relations Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting leaders and colleagues in navigating the complexities of employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes for all.

What you will be doing:

Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, including conduct, performance, and absence management.

Champion our restorative practice approach, empowering leaders to effectively manage their teams and resolve issues constructively.

Keep abreast of employment law and case law developments, ensuring our policies and practices remain compliant and up-to-date.

Coach and mentor a People Advisor, fostering their growth and development in the field of employee relations.

Collaborate with colleagues across the People team to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service to our internal customers.

What you'll bring to the role:

CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential) and Level 7 or equivalent (desirable).

Extensive knowledge of employment law, case law, and ACAS best practice guidance.

Proven experience in an HR role, ideally at a senior advisor, partner, or manager level.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

A passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
