* Hours: Monday-Friday- 8:30m - 5pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. Working alongside the People Operations Team you will a key part in the implementation of our new HR technology, helping to build the governance, structure, and processes required to truly enable our business. Following the implementation phase, you will continue to work in conjunction with the People team to maintain these systems on an ongoing basis until end of your fixed term contract. Reporting to People Operations Lead, the People Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our HR technology landscape.

Key Accountabilities
* Collaboratively working with the Programme Delivery Group (PDG) to ensure the seamless implementation of a new HR System through the project into BAU
* Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing migration data into our People systems ensuring data integrity
* Carrying out system administration activities, producing and maintaining related process documentation, guides and training as required
* Working in conjunction with the People and IT teams with integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems
* Participate in UAT, SIT/SAT throughout
* Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders
* Provide general, day-to-day support to the People Operations team and wider People team, enabling resilience in the team by supporting with Transactional processes as required
* Any other ad-hoc tasks that are required

Experience and qualifications
Demonstrable successful experience of:
* Working on successful projects with a collaborative team effort
* Supporting an HRIS solution
* Collaborative approach to stakeholder management and networking with the ability to communicate with all levels including senior management
* Co-designing system solutions with end user experience at the centre
* Supporting system integrations
* Understanding of Data Management principles and best practices
* GDPR and Data Governance policies and standards
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams, SharePoint; PowerApps, PowerBI would be advantageous
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent active listening, verbal, written, presentation, communication, influencing and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
* Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency, while maintaining the ability to apply sound judgement
* Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen
