Our client require a Service Management Architect Support with defence design experience to join the team on a contract.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with team leads across the communication and collaboration system programme and wider defence digital organisations to ensure a robust solution is delivered
- Act as a point of contact for Core Service architecture and design on behalf of the Design Office Lead
- Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy
- Interact with programme, project and engineering team leads to ensure cross team, cross technology coherence to satisfy the requirements of the system
Skills Required:
- Must hold an active SC Clearance
- Experience in architecture and development of secure Hardware and Software solutions
- Experience providing support to a successful delivery of complex, large scale programmes
- Integration of operational and deployed MoD systems, services and applications
- Hands-on experience writing technical requirements and producing detailed solutions architecture
- Hands-on design experience of Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working on public and private cloud architectures with SDDC techniques
- Experience with VmWare ESXi, vSAN, vCentre
- Worked in the public sector (Defence) and/or Defence Digital
