Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing planning applications for diverse projects, including housing developments and leisure studies
- Providing comprehensive town planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, and retail sectors
- Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to support planning decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Preparing and presenting detailed planning reports and documentation
- Engaging with local authorities and attending public consultations as required
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policies
Job Requirements:
- Experience in town planning, including post-graduate experience in the field
