Are you a Probate Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earning Paralegal seeking the opportunity to join a constantly expanding forward-thinking Firm?Our client is looking for a Probate Lawyer to join them on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in probate, to manage a caseload of mostly probate with some Wills and LPA’s. You will demonstrate the ability to handle a variety probate matters independently, while prior experience in will writing and LPAs is not essential, it would be beneficial.Knowledge of trusts and inheritance tax would be advantageous.
