Key Responsibilities:• Create, support, and maintain change strategies for a defence customer, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.• Provide briefings and updates on change initiatives to key stakeholders.• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement in change management.• Ensure the alignment of the change Strategy and Plan with wider Project or Programme plans and roadmaps.Key Requirements:• Experience of working in the Defence industry, ideally in a change role.• Excellent and demonstrable stakeholder management and communication skills• Active SC Clearance
