The Role: Agricultural Parts Advisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated Agricultural Parts Advisor to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will:
Provide expert parts advice to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
Handle all enquiries, orders, and queries (whether written, by phone, or in person) with professionalism and speed, ensuring exceptional service.
Participate in stock control and manage the computer input of parts and goods from a wide range of prestigious agricultural brands.
Inspect and receive deliveries of goods, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and store items in excellent condition.
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend days by department rota. Additional overtime may be available as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
A strong knowledge of agricultural parts, or equivalent experience in related fields like HGV or the motor industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in data entry.
Experience working under challenging deadlines.
Computer literacy and a valid UK driving licence.
