Engineering Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Engineering Manager with expertise in Fire and Security engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers, managing projects, and driving technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing a team of engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Overseeing the delivery of security engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Providing technical expertise and support to the engineering team, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support projects and service delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for safety, quality, and operational excellence in the engineering department.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in security engineering, with a strong understanding of security products and systems.
• Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of engineers.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to fire and security engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
