Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for a Working Site Manager & Working Foreman to work on behalf of our leading contractor client based in Swindon, on a permanent basis.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to add to their special projects team, who conduct a mix of Commercial and Domestic property Refurbishment, Maintenance and Extension projects for private and public sector clients.

This role has come about off the back of multiple smaller project wins within frameworks and agreements the business already held, created further work flow within an already extremely busy department. The client ideally wants an individual who has multiple trade years of experience behind them that they are still willing to utilise. In return, the client will invest in management and on-site support to grow you into a Site Manager who can progress in many directions within this multi-faceted company.

Requirements:

Core trade background with a good building practise mindset.
Multi-Skilled background within Groundworks, Bricklaying, Extensions, Refurbishments, Framework Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance.
Taking a sensible approach to H&S.
Ensure work is carried out in a safe, efficient and tidy manner.
Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives as required.
Preferable: SSSTS, COSH, NEBOSH & SMSTS.

Package Offering:

Salary expectations from 40,000 to 50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Company Van and Fuel card.
