What You'll Do
- Google Analytics Expertise: Track website performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates using GA4. Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Campaign Analysis: Dive deep into Meta and Google Ads campaigns to evaluate ROI, ad spend, and effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to link marketing activity to offline sales and develop tracking measures.
- Data Visualization & Insights: Create dashboards and reports that turn data into stories, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep us ahead of the curve by introducing tools and processes that enhance our understanding of digital performance.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Experience with additional platforms such as YouTube Ads or offline conversion tracking is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
