About the Role

As a Paid Marketing Executive, you’ll take a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll use data and insights to drive performance, maximize ROI, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and optimizing PPC, paid social, and display campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Supporting the eCommerce strategy by optimizing paid media campaigns for Shopify-based online sales.

  • Conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.

  • Implementing and optimizing organic SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive website traffic.

  • Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to inform decision-making and enhance performance.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to align paid media with wider marketing and eCommerce efforts.

  • Testing and refining ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Proven digital marketing experience with hands-on exposure to paid media (PPC, paid social, and display advertising).?? Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing, ideally with Shopify experience.?? Knowledge of organic SEO best practices and ability to implement optimizations.?? Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.?? Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.?? Proficiency in reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel.?? Proactive and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
