As a Packaging Technologist, you'll play a vital role in the Product Development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging specifications, costings and trials. Key responsibilities include organising outer cases for NPD/EPD, finalising all packaging elements and signing off packaging details in the artwork approval process.
You will manage the generation and approval of promotional artwork, create internal packaging specifications, and support product trials and pre-productions. Additionally, you will coordinate packaging approvals, maintain the packaging database and work closely with Procurement and the NPD Packaging Manager to drive innovation.
The ideal candidate will have packaging experience in any industry (not limited to food) and a strong understanding of packaging materials and processes. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
