Role Overview:The main function of the role is ensure that all the companies finished products meet the customers requirements, and comply with the requirements on the companies QMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product verification, inspection and test at receipt, in-process and final stages of manufacture.
  • Verification of tooling and fixturing.
  • Verification of all required documentation supporting the manufacture of product.
  • Programming and use of CMMs (with appropriate training)
  • Programming and use of CNC part marking machines (with appropriate training)
  • Perform audits with manufacturing staff.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience in an Engineering inspection environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and inspection equipment (training provided as needed).
