We are currently recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our client at their state-of-the-art facility in Devizes.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation of the wash plant equipment.
- Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to prevent downtime.
- Monitor production processes and provide quality checks consistently.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Mechanical or Maintenance experience is required.
- Physical fit to do manual labour.
- Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous.
- Proven commitment to safety practices.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
