We are currently recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our client at their state-of-the-art facility in Devizes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient operation of the wash plant equipment.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to prevent downtime.
  • Monitor production processes and provide quality checks consistently.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Mechanical or Maintenance experience is required.
  • Physical fit to do manual labour.
  • Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous.
  • Proven commitment to safety practices.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
