Position: Project Manager

Location: Wiltshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 plus car and package

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage multiple M&E Refurbishment Projects throughout Wiltshire

These projects will be refurbishing the electrical and mechanical systems on sites that include offices, schools, call centres, care homes, libraries etc

The right person for this position already has a strong technical project management background. They need to have strong electrical or mechanical knowledge and we would prefer them to be holding a technical qualification.

We do need a proven track record in refurbishing commercial sites at a technical level. We are not looking for a construction project manager.

We do require this person to have either SMSTS or IOSH.

Requirements

• Strong Commercial Refurbishment Project Management experience
• Based in or around the Wiltshire area
• Worked on Multi projects at once
• Full UK driving licence
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification is preferred
• Must have strong technical knowledge
• Must be holding SMSTS or IOSH
