About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Managing project budgets and costs
  • Overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with building regulations
  • Liaising with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Resolving project issues and disputes
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Client Side Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high end residential projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Experience working on heritage and listed building projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
