Candidates should expect to work one Saturday every six weeks, with hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays.

Lettings Co-ordinator / Negotiator

We are seeking a confident administrator, to form part of an experienced and friendly Lettings team, based in Devizes for our client

This very busy department requires someone with:

Great attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Able to answer incoming enquiries
Arrange property viewings
Collate and process application forms
Perform reference and right to rent checks
Type contracts
Arrange all compliance requirements
Insurance policies and inventories.

In addition, someone who would enjoy valuing rental properties, advertising properties on the online portals, and performing viewings would be a great asset.

Although this role would ideally suit a Lettings "allrounder", experience is not necessary, as full training can be given to the right team person.

Location:

Based in Devizes - 5 days per week,

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

One Saturday in six, 9.00am - 1.00pm (with half day in lieu)

Salary Package in line with experience:

OTE approximately £28 - £30K
