Site Services Co-Ordinator

Lavington, Wiltshire

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

I have been instructed to recruit a dedicated Site Services Co-Ordinator to oversee and manage a broad range of operational services for our client based in Lavington, Wiltshire. This position will involve ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, overseeing statutory inspections, managing procurement and contractor activities, and maintaining essential site infrastructure. You will also lead a team of four range technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of site facilities, plant, and equipment.
  • Implement and support all necessary health, safety, and environmental measures, including risk assessments, training, and audits.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for fire safety, electrical inspections, and statutory maintenance.
  • Act as Health & Safety Advisor, attending CDS Health & Safety meetings and disseminating key information.
  • Manage and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for contractors, managing work permits and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a First Responder, responsible for trauma kits and defibrillator maintenance.
  • Lead and manage a team of four range technical staff, prioritising workloads and ensuring smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • HNC/NVQ Level 4 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in site maintenance/management, including health and safety oversight.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to site/property management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • A valid driving licence.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Formal health and safety qualification (e.g., IOSH).
  • First Aid certification.
  • Forklift and/or Telehandler Driver Licence.
  • Qualification in ISO 9001:2015 management.
