* Take ownership of key accounts, ensuring profitable, long-term growth for the business.
* Develop and lead a newly established team, using your extensive retail experience to guide, mentor, and inspire.
* Implement customer-centric strategies to drive the visibility and accessibility of branded and private label products.
* Lead commercial negotiations in line with strategic objectives, balancing customer requirements with business needs.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing customer relationships.
* Play a key role in the implementation of seasonal and new products, ensuring maximum market impact.
