Key responsibilities include conducting and documenting software tests to verify compliance with specifications and performance benchmarks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the enhancement of product quality. You will also perform regression testing on existing products and support the development of innovative features and platforms.
Additional duties involve providing assistance to the production team during software releases, scheduling and planning testing timelines, and delivering progress updates to the manager. You will ensure regulatory compliance by coordinating with third-party test facilities and compliance engineers. Moreover, you will work closely with technical support and sales teams to address software-related inquiries and provide training on current and upcoming audio streaming products.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in software testing, with a preference for manual testing.
- Issue Management: Strong ability to identify, record, and track issues to closure within a defect tracking system.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with serial debugging and networking.
