As a Telesales Consultant, you will be selling quality Automotive spare parts and will be responsible for managing your own accounts to meet sales targets and to develop new prospects within the Automotive industry.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who is forward-thinking with a proven track record in telesales and consistently delivering results. As a self-motivated, confident, proactive, driven and determined individual, you should have a desire to succeed and out-perform any targets you are set. Responsibilities

  • Successful account management by building strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve Company growth plans and hit sales targets
  • Make outbound sales calls and closing deals to hit sales targets
  • Research and target new business prospects
  • Process customer sales
  • Market research - identify new product requirements from customer feedback.

Required skills

  • Previous experience as a Telesales Consultant is essential.
  • Excellent closing techniques and objections handling skills.
  • Proactive approach toward outbound sales calls.
  • Excellent telephone manner and outgoing personality; friendly whilst professional.
  • Great communication skills both with customers and colleagues.
  • Ambitious, tenacious, determined, proactive with a desire to win in life and at work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work on their own initiative.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
