An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Manager to lead the development of new Branded product ranges as part of our vibrant and busy Cute & Character Studio.We are looking for someone with exceptional creative flair, good judgement and the ability to manage a wide variety of programs. As a Creative Manager you'll be responsible for art directing both freelance designers and an internal design team - delivering inspiring creative briefs that develop into distinctive stylings, new product ideas and innovative concepts to meet the evolving needs of a range of customers.With strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to use your initiative to problem solve and negotiate. You'll work to tight deadlines, be highly organised and adapt to changing priorities. As a strong leader you should be able to inspire and enthuse our creative team, you'll need to confidently deliver constructive feedback to the team and support the individual development of our designers.A degree or equivalent work experience relating to the creative arts, experience of the greeting card industry and people management would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.  You'll need to have a good knowledge of manufacturing/printing processes and actively follow the latest design, fashion and lifestyle trends.  You'll be expected to know your way around a Mac and be up to date with the latest design packages.We operate in a hybrid working pattern, so a mix of home and office-based working is applicable to this role. If this sounds like your perfect opportunity, then we would love to hear from you!
