Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the timber frame construction industry. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

Location

Remote/Head office in Ravensthorpe

Role Summary

Lead pre-site meetings to clarify project scope, schedules, and requirements.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Conduct site visits, safety audits, and snagging inspections using Site Audit Pro.
Manage stakeholder communication, collaborating with design, operations, and commercial teams.
Ensure health & safety compliance, delivering RAMS training and toolbox talks.
Proactively address project variations, technical discrepancies, and handovers.
Contribute to continuous improvement, waste control, and cost management.
