About the Role:

Search Consultancy are supporting a logistic company and are looking for dedicated and experienced Senior Credit Controller for an ongoingtemporary contract who is immediately available.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the sales ledger/credit control team to ensure efficient and effective credit management.
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
  • Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letters.
  • Resolve complex payment discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and credit status for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to address any billing issues.
  • Assist in setting up new customer accounts and credit limits.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 year of experience in sales ledger and credit control.
  • A qualification (admirable)
  • Experience in finance/accounts administration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in using NAV, Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Good Microsoft skills.
  • High accuracy and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
