We are looking for passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic secondary schools, . This role involves supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4 across various subjects.

  • Previous expieriance in Teaching assisstant roles Essential
  • must have worked in the U.K school system
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not provided).

The schools we represent are for students aged 11 to 18. We are seeking teaching assistants to inspire and nurture the next generation of leaders, especially in a community that faces educational challenges.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines.
  • Help assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
