Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in electrical design within the water industry, with expertise in both clean and wastewater projects. This role is outside IR35 and offers the flexibility of contract work with the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for clean and wastewater projects.
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in the water industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices related to clean and wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
