About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager for a 2-3-month contract position. The successful candidate will lead and enhance quality processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Lead and manage quality assurance and control activities across production and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyse quality data and produce reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior quality management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
