An exciting vacancy has arisen within Global Inventory to work within Brokered Inventory Management, helping manage our brokered suppliers.

The Brokered Controller is the primary point of contact for brokered suppliers, taking responsibility for the setup of supplier’s items on UKG systems and the maintenance and monitoring of a suppliers stock availability within UKG’s distribution centre (DC) in line with the brokered inventory policy.

The main responsibilities within the role are:

•Main point of contact for brokered suppliers.•Resolution of all queries from suppliers through liaison with internal departments.•Provision of first-class service to each brokered supplier.•Liaison with Category Manager regarding information required for everyday & seasonal activity.•Sharing product detail to suppliers to ensure they can deliver to UKG on time.•Setting up new suppliers, terms agreements & payment terms.•Collation, validation and setup of supplier’s line information and items.•Cost price set up on UKG system in accordance with Sarbanes procedures.•Order supplier’s stock, monitoring & reporting on availability & order fulfillment.•Communicate regular updates to the business for CDS purposes.

You should be confident working with Microsoft packages, have strong administrative and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workloads to deliver exemplary service to the Customer. Excel experience is a pre-requisite for this role.

You should be able to demonstrate a strong customer service ethic.  Being a team player is key, so you must be willing to work closely with your colleagues, and help out wherever necessary.

Highly organised and having an excellent eye for detail, you should have an ability to prioritise your workload in line with customers' needs and communicate with them effectively.
