An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Consumer and Channel Insight team within our Product and Insight Brand Department.
The Consumer and Channel insight team focus on understanding and exploring the celebrations consumer, their relationships, occasions they celebrate and their shopping habits. This represents our ongoing commitment to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.Â
We are looking for an experienced Research Executive, having managed research programmes within an agency or within an in-house insight department. This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week).
Key responsibilities will include:
•Management of the day to day running of bespoke research trackers and insight projects across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, whilst protecting long term tracking elements of our core projects.  •Working closely with external research agencies from conception through to the delivery of research findings to ensure accurate and relevant deliverables. •Conducting in depth analysis and interrogation of data sets from various research projects and trackers finding the story behind the data.•Communicating and interpreting insights to key stakeholders in the business, developing relationships with and delivering presentations to, both internal and external customers.•Managing day to day running of subscriptions including liaising with the account managers, organising renewals, and supporting queries from account holders.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, written and research skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills are also essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative.Candidates should be educated to degree standard (or equivalent work experience) and have at least 2 years previous experience in a research/insight department or agency.You must be able to use Excel and Power point at an advanced level.There will be a requirement to travel therefore a driving license is desirable.
