Ideally, you'll already have experience in manufacturing payroll (or something similar), where hours, rates and bonuses shift constantly. If you love getting into the detail and making sure everyone's paid correctly no matter how messy it gets, you'll thrive here.

- End-to-end payroll experience (weekly and monthly)
- Comfortable with variable pay structures (bonuses, overtime, sick pay)
- Ideally experience within a manufacturing environment
- Accuracy, resilience, and a sense of humour
