Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven Outbound B2B Sales experience and a strong sales track record
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive with a desire to exceed sales targets
  • Enjoys cultivating relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work on their own initiative
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Automotive parts experience is beneficial; however, full training will be provided
  • Results driven and can achieve realistic KPIs, ensuring success without unrealistic pressure
  • Proficient with numbers and able to retain information, such as best-selling part numbers

What will your role look like?

  • Manage your own accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Achieve company growth plans and sales targets
  • Make outbound sales calls to close deals and develop new business prospects
  • Research and identify new product requirements based on customer feedback
