Repairs Surveyor

Your New Role:

An established housing association in West Yorkshire is looking for a repairs/maintenance surveyor to join their team. Working in a small team to provide a professional and reliable service by delivering a technical surveying service, whilst ensuring the organisation delivers high performance, value for money, compliance targets and provides decent and energy-efficient homes. Responsibilities: Provide clear instructions and supervision for in-house maintenance operatives.Raise works orders for both in-house staff and external contractorsProduce accurate and concise reports using Office applications and bespoke software.Inspect properties, diagnose building defects, and create specifications.Provide accurate estimates for building works.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
