We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for developing and implementing the CRM strategy for our exciting client based near Didcot, driving customer engagement and retention.
The customer database will be your responsibility with two commercial objectives: increasing revenue through targeted customer marketing and improved customer retention. You will ensure high levels of customer loyalty by overseeing customer interactions and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience using data, segmentation and personalisation throughout the customer lifecycle.
About you
This is an exciting and new role within our luxury client who are looking for candidates who have relevant experience but might not currently be a CRM Executive and are looking to take a step up.
CRM:
- Support the CRM Manager to execute end to end email and SMS campaigns on a weekly basis, in line with seasonal marketing calendar. Including set up, design, copy writing, delivery and reporting.
- Execute customer segmentation and A/B testing to ensure optimisation of campaigns.
- Work with team to push key customer schemes such as Pressie Points & Occasion Reminder into email marketing via lifecycle and broadcast mailings.
- Support with data management, including data uploads, data clean ups and data accuracy between Ometria and Magento, including subscription and Pressie Point monthly checks
DIRECT Mail:
- Knowledge of direct mail a bonus
- Excellent organizational skills

You will need…
- A positive, proactive approach
- Proven experience in CRM and email marketing role, with a background in retail
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour
Optional but preferred...
- A Degree is a plus
- Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook, are a plus.
