Sales Manager £27K-£33K basic wage, OTE £50K We're on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Manager (Estate Agency)  to join our clients thriving Didcot branch. Role Snapshot:As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with management to secure a dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties.
  • Conducting proactive calls and Client Visits to achieve outstanding results.
  • Managing the Client Visit generation segment of the opportunity report, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting conversion targets.
  • Converting Client Visits into full-service sole agency instructions, third-party sales, and premium services.
  • Upholding high standards in marketing, including top-notch visuals, descriptions, and web marketing.
  • Ensuring rigorous compliance with Money Laundering regulations, EPCs, CPR, and administrative procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional client care, including revisits and effective price adjustments.
  • Overseeing productive Client Care meetings to facilitate impactful client interactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:Your day-to-day will involve:
  • Reviewing opportunity reports and converting opportunities into Client Visits and instructions.
  • Monitoring and optimising various opportunity lines, such as third-party potential, not-on-web listings, board penetration, viewing feedback, and more.
  • Engaging with competitors' new instructions to explore potential opportunities.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care through weekly interactions and revisits.
  • Consistently promoting client and property details to meet targets.
  • Proactively seeking collaboration opportunities across various departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Estate Agency Sales and 1 year in sales client management within an Estate Agency (required)
  • Licence/Certification: Driving Licence & own car (required)
Job Details:

  • Salary Range: Basic of £27K-£33K (DOE) Inc car allowance
  • Additional Compensation: Commission pay taking On Target Earnings (OTE) to £50K 
  • Location: Didcot (Candidates need to live within a 30 minute commute)
