The company is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager with strong people management skills.
This role offers a basic salary with on-target earnings ranging from £100,000 to £120,000.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales management and be able to lead and motivate a team effectively.
A car allowance and standard benefits associated with senior roles are included.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, with Saturday work on a rota basis.
