Building Fabric / Facilities Maintenance TechnicianDidcot, Oxfordshire£16.00 - £21.00per hour - Inside IR35 / £31,000 - FTC6 Month Contract / FTCMonday - Friday (Days)Are you a Building Fabric / Facilities Maintenance Technician looking for your next immediately available, days based, long term contract role where you have the option between a contract or fixed term contract role.The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Oxfordshire area who are world-renowned for the quality of their products.Within this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of my clients site, including but not limited to domestic water checks/flushing, emergency lighting checks, fire alarm checks, safe & legal checks, office furniture & fixture repairs, minor plumbing and possibly minor electrical repairs, machine coolant checks.This is a great opportunity for an individual with a facilities maintenance / building fabric background who is looking for an immediately available, days based, long term contract with a world-renowned company.The Role:

  • Duties include but not limited to: Domestic water checks/flushing, emergency lighting checks, fire alarm checks, safe & legal checks, office furniture & fixture repairs, minor plumbing and possibly minor electrical repairs, machine coolant checks
  • 6 Month contract, potential for extension/lead to perm
  • 7:30am-3:30pm / Monday to Friday
  • Contract role where you're pai by the hour via a Umbrella / Payroll Company or a Fixed Term Contract where you will directly for my client.
