Administrator/Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, an established organisation based in Didcot, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a temp to perm position starting as soon as possible, paying £11.44 per hour increasing to £25,000 - £26,000 per annum once perm. Working 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, updating personal details, and resolving billing inquiries.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Admin experience with an ALevel in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)
