New Build Electrician

Are you a qualified electrician looking to join a leading national business?

An expanding business are seeking qualified electricians with experience wiring new homes to join the team. This role is paid weekly based on price work with top-performing electricians earning over £1,200 a week. Averagely electricians earn £52.5k.

Responsibilities:

  • Wiring new homes on large housing development sites
  • Managing a small team (typically one or two apprentices)
  • Responding to the site manager’s requests and working to the build programme
  • Submitting necessary paperwork (e.g. completed test sheets and bills signed by customers)
  • Ordering kit as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
  • AM2
  • City & Guilds 2382 (relevant 17th Edition or 18th Edition)
  • A JIB Gold card is desirable
  • 2391 or 2395 qualifications are desirable
  • Full driving licence
