We proudly distribute for the strongest brands in the market.


The Phoenix Technical Sales Support will be based in our offices in Sandhurst and support sales enquiries for our radiation detection equipment, dosimetry products to new and existing customers. This will be from from telephone and web-based enquiries. You will also have the possibility to perform some customer / site visits supporting our current sales people to showcase product offerings and undertake technical demonstrations from time to time.


You will have the opportunity to grow into the role and progress within the business moving to on the road sales role for the company, once skills and knowledge are established.


Responsibilities


Provide sales and product knowledge to the customers, helping them to understand our products or services.

Provide pre-sales and technical assistance + product education to customers.

Identify and develop customer opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.

Stay up to date on new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is informed.

Supporting marketing activities and to attend trade shows and conferences.

Sales experience preferable
