We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our dynamic team! Be part of the manufacturing process behind our exceptional jet-propelled boats, celebrated for their unparalleled quality and performance.The Role As a Production Operative, you will:
  • Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts to ensure outstanding quality.
  • Prepare mouldings and bond boats in alignment with the production schedule.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, and flow coating for bonded boats.
  • Participate in sub-assembly production and offer training to new team members as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to strict Health & Safety policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A solid educational background, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role or a qualification like an Engineering BTEC Level.
  • Proficiency in using workshop power and hand tools.
  • A practical mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
