ProTalent is excited to collaborate with a thriving accountancy firm in Wantage to fill the position of Audit & Accounts Manager. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and promises a stimulating and rewarding experience.

The Audit & Accounts Manager Role: Reporting to the Head of Division Partner, you'll:

  • Build solid client relationships, applying your technical skills.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio and contribute to revenue stream development.
  • Handle ad hoc client queries.
  • Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead audit assignments, managing people and budgets.
  • Maintain high delivery standards and support junior staff.
  • Contribute to operational improvements and business development.

The Successful Candidate:

  • ACCA/ACA Qualified with 3-4 years PQE in practice.
  • 6+ years of UK practice experience.
  • Previous experience at (Assistant) Audit & Accounts Manager level.
  • Proven track record of producing quality audits.
  • Strong client and team relationship skills.
  • Aptitude for business development.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Enjoy mentoring junior staff.
