FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - UP TO £43k - 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT - HYBRID - DIDCOT - ASAP START DATE

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic business in Didcot that are looking for a full-time Finance Business Partner to join the team ASAP, offering hybrid working!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand each Directorate's business model, challenges, and goals, and recognise how these impact the company's financial position.
  • Promote the Finance Business Partnering function by increasing awareness of financial policies, processes, and controls across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Provide financial advice for proposals and tenders, highlighting associated costs, benefits, and risks.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights that link management reports to the company's strategy.
  • Communicate financial and performance data to Finance colleagues and relevant Directorates.
  • Coordinate and develop financial plans for Directorates, aligning them with strategic goals.
  • Prepare budgets for Directorates, documenting any assumptions made.

Requirements:

  • QBE or part-qualified.
  • Budgeting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
