Forklift DriverDidcot£11.50 per hourTemporary to PermanentWe are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a client based on Milton Park near Didcot. This is a temporary to permanent placement for the successful candidate.Duties will include:
  • Loading and unloading of different vehicles
  • Working from an excel spreadsheet to source stock locations
  • Pull down stock from locations within warehouse
  • Count stock levels and record on excel spreadsheet
  • Return stock to correct locations
  • Working on your feet for the majority of each working day, with some time at a desk to record stock levels on a computer
To be considered for this Forklift Driver position you will have:
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • An in-date counterbalance licence
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate
  • A good mathematical ability in order to accurately count and monitor stock levels
  • Ability to work alone once given instructions
  • Manual handling experience
More about the role:
  • An interview process will take place ahead of the start date to ensure suitability
  • Working hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday
  • Weekly or Monthly pay (You decide!)
  • Free parking
