What will I be doing?

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the day-to-day operations related to client delivery and support for a portfolio of clients. You will have accountability for the successful and faultless delivery of programmes, be the first point of contact for all internal clients, and deliver a prompt, responsive, and seamless end to end user experience.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update key project documentation for new and existing client programmes.
  • Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for all sessions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Consistently and pro actively seek ways to optimise processes.
  • Identify and evaluate risks within projects and pro actively escalate risks.
  • Oversee internal and affiliate coach pool for client delivery, managing coach briefing, feedbackand engagement.
  • Collaborate internally to develop high quality and accurate client facing materials for clientmeetings.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a partner on all aspects ofcoaching logistics.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the client andcoachee experience.
  • Ensure financial compliance through partnership with Finance team to complete all financeprocesses across client accounts, including all contract revenue entered into our CRM accuratelyand in line with team SLA.
  • Keep CRM database up to date and accurate.
  • Collate, review and offer insight on feedback internally and with clients.

What else do I need to know?

This is a fully remote role; however, you may be expected to meet once a quarter for company meetings.
