HR & Finance Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our clients growing organisation. This role involves implementing and maintaining all HR processes within the business and supporting in administration as needed. The successful candidate will work in a cross-functional environment, interacting with various department teams across all office locations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Liaise with external recruiters for staffing needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new staff and offboarding for leavers.
  • Maintain the HR system and ensure all employee records are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and maintain training programs for new recruits and existing staff.
  • Implement and oversee common appraisal and review processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of incentive schemes and oversee holiday records.
  • Maintain company HR policies and handbooks.
  • Perform general office administration and housekeeping tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree educated, preferably with a focus in Human Resources or related field.
  • CIPD level 3 qualification or currently studying towards it.
  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within a small company environment with exposure to multiple areas.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong character with firm and confident communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills and a good telephone manner.
