- Manage parts enquiries and orders in an efficient manner, maintaining accurate records while delivering first-class service to customers
- Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to maximise profit and boost sales.
- Maintain and update our online parts database, including photography and editing to enhance the presentation of our products
- Control stock levels, update pricing, and ensure the parts storage area is clean, organised, and safe for yourself and other employees
- Proven experience in automotive purchasing or parts management
- Strong IT skills, including experience in website management
- Proficiency in photography and editing
- A track record of hitting sales targets and supporting team success
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
- Full UK driving licence required
