We're partnering with a respected home care provider in South Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, who are seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide essential support to clients in their own homes. Hourly Rate - £11.90 ph + 0.35p mileage

What's involved?

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you'll provide vital support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Assisting with medication administration (MAR charts).
  • Performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with shopping.
  • Following individual care plans and adapting to changing needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records (log notes, clocking in/out).
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any concerns to your team leader.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential:
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
  • A Care Certificate, Nurse Aid Qualification, Level 1 Community Health qualification, or other relevant health and social care qualification.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • First aid qualification

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for care.
  • Observant and a cheerful, positive attitude.
  • The ability to follow direction.
