You have worked within a Plant Area for some time now with a large passion for Horticulture, now you're looking to step into a bigger Plant Area. You are now looking to grow your career even further by managing a bigger team and a bigger area.

You might have hit a ceiling in your current company and looking to move out for further progression opportunities.

What will you be doing?

You will be managing the Plant Area, making sure the team are completing day-to-day tasks while also managing the customers' expectations along with customer service.

You will be ordering in your stock, making sure the stock levels are where they should be as well as managing the stock when it's out.

Where will you be doing it?

One of the largest garden retailers in the UK and always looking at where they can continue to grow in the future.
